My sis has fleas in her house, how should she treat the babies stuffed toys?
My sister has already taken the cats to the vet for treatment, now she has to spray the house. The cats go on the stuffed toys but she can’t use the spray on the stuffed animals, how does she treat the toys? Thanks
she is going to have to wash all of them in as hot as water as they can be washed in. as for the fleas after the house and cats are treated try using salt in the carpets, fleas are drawn to it because it is white, they eat the salt and dry up. I use this often because my outdoor cat even though he is treated often brings them in to share out of the neighbor’s untreated yard so I found this on the internet and it really worked.
Like your sister I have little ones and the salt was a much safer alternative to chemical treatment. and the cats get not only their regular flea treatments but now they wear flea collars on top of that and as for the neighbors I use blue dawn on my yard in a sprayer so I sprayed the part of the lawn near my house and no more fleas. Dawn ( only the original blue) is safe to use on babies toys too. good luck.
